Hey guys, what would i need to major in, if i want to be a manager for a car dealer. Would i be able get job right after finishing college or would i need more experience?

Reply:Experience is Automotive sales is what you need. Most New Car Sales Managers are promoted from within. They start out as sales staff, prove they know how to sell, prove they have a keen business mind and a passion for working with numbers. They get recognized by the owners and the best get promoted.
Nobody goes straight to management without floor experience.
Reply:Experience in car sales and leadership qualities shown are you best bet. I wouldn%26#039;t recommend business school...most owners/gms don%26#039;t care about that.
